    PART-TIME HATCHERY ASSISTANT

    Starting Pay $15.00 Per Hour

    Hours Vary Per Hatchery Needs

    Job Duties

    • Collecting, sorting, and preparing eggs for incubation
    • Assisting with chick hatching and post-hatch handling
    • Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas
    • Monitoring incubator conditions (temperature/humidity)
    • Recording hatch data and maintaining inventory logs
    • Following strict biosecurity and animal welfare protocols

    Qualifications

    • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
    • Able to work on your feet and lift up to 40 lbs
    • Comfortable working in warm, humid environments
    • Attention to detail and willingness to follow procedures
    • Prior experience with poultry or hatchery work is a plus, but not required
    • Must have reliable transportation

    PART-TIME DELIVERY DRIVER

    Starting Pay $15.00 Per Hour

    Job Duties

    • Safely transporting baby chicks and eggs to farms, customers, and other locations
    • Handling live animals and fragile eggs with care to ensure safe delivery
    • Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
    • Maintaining cleanliness of delivery vehicle and equipment
    • Following biosecurity and animal welfare protocols
    • Keeping accurate delivery records and providing excellent customer service
    • Occasional overnight trips (accommodations provided)

    Qualifications

    • Must be 25 years of age or older
    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
    • Dependable and punctual with strong customer service skills
    • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and handle fragile items carefully
    • Comfortable driving a delivery vehicle for local/regional routes
    • Prior experience with animal transport, farm work, or delivery driving is a plus
    • Must have reliable transportation to and from work
