Our hatchery was founded in 2012 by 13-year-old Ryan Kelsey, whose early passion for poultry quickly grew into a thriving family-run business. What started as a small backyard operation has since expanded into a trusted, NPIP Certified hatchery known for healthy, productive birds and personalized service. From the very beginning, Ryan has remained hands-on in every aspect of the operation—overseeing hatching schedules, managing breeding programs, and ensuring that every chick meets our high standards before it leaves the farm.

We specialize in Cornish Cross broilers and high-production egg layers, ideal for homesteads, small farms, and anyone looking for reliable, performance-driven poultry. Many of our breeder flocks are raised on Mennonite farms, where traditional, responsible farming practices contribute to the strength and vitality of our birds. These partnerships allow us to maintain exceptional quality while supporting a network of local, values-driven growers.
